Job Description


The candidate will be a member of Client Reporting team and will be responsible to support on key deliverables in relation to Global client reporting (GCR) workstream, submission review of client revenue for Actual/Budgeting/Forecast and prepare reports, work in collaboration with various teams like the Global Clients & Commercial team, Regional Finance & Group Finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional teams to drive review of quality and timeliness in month-end/Budget/Forecast submission of Global Client Reporting (GCR) process.
  • Prepare Review reports & consolidate commentaries received from regional team.
  • Prepare monthly key reports and ensure timely & error-free delivery of reports to various stakeholders.
  • Support in managing various process deliverables as per agreed SLAs along with ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders including dashboards, KPI reports and other key process metrics.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to understand on Adhoc reporting requirements, set expectations, address concerns and discuss them with Reporting Manager.
  • Identify automation requirements and collaborate with Power BI and CI team to help deliver automation solutions.
  • To support on key projects on Client revenue Power BI reports, including performing UAT, validations for data from different sources.
  • Manage administration of BPC/SAC client model requirement, including client addition, performing UAT.
  • Responsible for maintaining process documentation.
  • Should be able to multitask between deliverables day to day activities.
Professional Skills
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in handling Client reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Reporting.
  • The person is required to coordinate with various stakeholder across geographies and should be good in communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a quick learner and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and data analysis.
  • Should demonstrate responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
  • Agile and flexible on changing Adhoc requirements.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel is must.
  • Previous exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and Power BI will be an added advantage.
