Here, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.Making animals\xe2\x80\x99 lives better makes life better \xe2\x80\x93 join our team today!Key responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Support Regulatory Datawarehouse (DWH) reporting for the DWH customers UPD, Regulatory and sales data for internal customers to meet regulatory objectives.\xc2\xb7 Build and publish reports via the Power BI service, managing them through distribution of apps and monitoring usage/data refreshes/security access and support with UAT for newly created report.\xc2\xb7 Enable accessibility to data reporting for the Regulatory DWH customers.\xc2\xb7 Ability to translate data from a variety of corporate data sources and performing required transformations in Power BI query editor to meet regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Set up tools and reports to enable data analysis to detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.\xc2\xb7 Set up reports and build and maintain dashboard to enable monitoring of our (source) data quality and regulatory processes.\xc2\xb7 Developing calculations to create key figures which are accurate and performant on large datasets.\xc2\xb7 Designing effective reporting/dashboard layouts using themes and report grids to support our regulatory reporting requirements, processes and enable data driven decision making.\xc2\xb7 Partnering with IT to enable clear user requirements for complementary system changes and report validation requirements.Key Skills:\xc2\xb7 Advanced SQL skills for querying and creation of views/tables, functions and stored procedures\xc2\xb7 Experience with DAX and M language.\xc2\xb7 Advanced SharePoint experience\xc2\xb7 Affinity with data warehousing / data lake strategies and theories and Ability to handle and explore complex data sets.\xc2\xb7 Ability to explore and perform data analysis and identify trends.\xc2\xb7 Basic statical knowledgeAbility to interpret and understand data models in relation to the regulatory processes and compliance requirementsMinimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):\xc2\xb7 Postgraduate (Bachelor / Master)MCSA BI Report or PowerBI Data Analyst certificationRequired Skills:\xc2\xb7 Power BI expert both on front end and back end\xc2\xb7 Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment (preferably regulatory or pharmacovigilance)\xc2\xb7 The ability to communicate clearly and the ability to work well as part of a multinational team\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication Skills\xc2\xb7 Business PartnershipExperience in data analyticsElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
