Roles and Responsibility Product Analyst Prepare Analytical and Business Performance Reports Delivering business critical MIS\'s incl. Product specific MIS Preparation of ad-hoc MIS\'s per business / product requirement Supplying necessary data packs for Exco / Board meetings Partner in Group / SCB India reporting Ensure effective and timely coordination with Dealing and Sales teams Coordination with Operations and other MIS teams across the Bank Identify trends and insights, and suggest optimisations to spend and performance based on the insights Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Support in preparing / validating FLIP scorecards and computations on monthly / quarterly basis Creating / publishing Internal Communications Support on NDPMS Strategy Participate in strategic intent of the organization in terms of client acquisition, activation and digitalization Prepare / collate data for utilisation in strategic presentation/notes for Group and Country Board. Contribute in establishing the key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/ business unit within the organization along with mapping the individual performance to set-up the KPI framework. Business Timely maintenance of relevant MIS and Reports and its day-to-day monitoring Dissemination of information to end-users - frontline, supervisors and central teams Provide status/progress reports of relevant activities and updates to Head-Products Improvement of work processes Processes Understanding of Clients and the teams Ensure analytics driven approach to acquire, activate and engage clients through physical and digital channels Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in networking with cross-functional teams Problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking Ensure service issues identified are managed appropriately across products. Risk Management To ensure compliance with Group Policies and Standards, local laws and regulations as well as all controls and procedures laid down by the entity Adherence to all KYC, AML and other procedural requirements To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls and ensure maintenance of robust controls and monitoring actions. Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and in implementation and management of OR within the Unit. Act as OR coordinator for the section. To report Unit\'s OR issues and losses to UORM. To assist UORM in developing and updating of procedures, controls and monitoring plans for Operational Risk Management. To adhere to the agreed KCSA plans and approach and ensure no overdue KCSA. To identify and report all exceptions on non-compliance with standard controls. To identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controls. To maintain proper record keeping on all KCSA related activities. To maintain independence in the conduct of KCSA, i.e. not selecting and reviewing sample of self-performed transactions. To ensure satisfactory compliance reviews and audits on the conduct of KCSA and record keeping. To act as a back-up for the UORM if required. Key stakeholders MD & CEO - SCSI Head, WM - SCB Head - Products, SCSI Manager - Products & Digital, SCSI Manager(s) - Products / Digital / WM Proposition, SCB Head - Business, SCSI Head - Investment Strategy, SCSI Head - CFCC, SCSI Head - Risk, SCSI Head - Ops, SCSI COFO - SCSI Our Ideal Candidate Graduate 5 -10 years\' experience in BFSI industry (product/segment role preferred) Good grasp on brokerage and third party product management Good understanding of Capital Markets & Trading Products Good knowledge of financial products with responsibilities for revenue, product development, process, systems and risk management.
