The individual will work with the logistics team globally to identify savings opportunties, support sourcing strategies, and manage RFx process. Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to join our team. As the Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement logistics teams in driving logistics optimization and cost savings initiatives through spend and market analysis, identifying cost savings opportunities, managing RFx go-to-market process with freight carriers, and performing scenario analysis to optimize logistics costs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spend and market analysis to support Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing strategies.
• Identify cost savings opportunities by analyzing logistics data and providing recommendations.
• Manage RFx (RFP/RFI) go-to-market process with freight carriers, including negotiation strategies and project management.
• Perform scenario analysis based on varied constraints to optimize logistics costs and provide insights.
• Conduct data analysis and network modeling to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings initiatives across the logistics network.
• Generate logistics reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support logistics operations teams with data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing transportation and distribution networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment on logistics analytics strategy and goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in logistics analytics, and apply knowledge to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Support the development and maintenance of logistics analytics dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics analytics or logistics operations, with a focus on transportation and network optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis and modeling tools.
• Experience in spend and market analysis to support sourcing strategies.
• Experience in managing RFx go-to-market process with freight carriers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex logistics analytics concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in any of the analytics/logistics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Jaggaer, Transporean, KillVar etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
