The Analyst, Payment Processing will be an important part of the IntegriChain Managed Services team, responsible for assisting with customer funding management and tracking / recording of the distribution and collection of funds in our ERP system. The role is being established to support the Payment Processing team and our rapidly growing customer base. The Analyst, Payment Processing, will be expected to work in a team environment and assist in improving efficiency in our day-to-day operations. Duties: Timely and accurately process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in our ERP system.
• Reconcile the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers on a daily basis to ensure bills and payments are accurately accounted for and properly posted
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various operational teams to ensure funding requests are designated and used precisely.
• Communicate / update rebate system with customer payment details and bank confirmations within 24 hours of payment.
• Understand and comply with standard operating procedures and trainings to ensure business integrity.
• Actively participate in ad hoc assignments to support the IntegriChain Managed Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to liaise with operational teams at the staff and management level.
• Demonstrated experience working with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• NetSuite, Google Suite, and OpenAir experience preferred.
