We have a robust recognition program, with ongoing and enhanced awards for exemplary performance.How You Will Contribute:As a Transportation and Trade Management Analyst at Ciena, you will report to Director , IT Applications and have a range of responsibilities in the OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) space. Your role will involve both technical and functional aspects, including configuring and developing necessary functionality within the OTM GTM cloud based on the configuration specifications designed by Architects.You will work closely with the AMS (Application Management Services) team to ensure the maintenance of the functional production environment. This includes collaborating with the team to carry forward system changes and enhancements through to production. Must becomfortable in managing these conversations using web conferencing tools and collaboration technology in multiple time zones and geographies, as majority of the users and team members will be outside India.\xc2\xb7 Should have analytical understanding and logical reasoning for problem resultion.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or IT related fields from a four-year college or university with 1 to 2 years related experience.Assets:\xc2\xb7 Additional competency in SQL query design and performance tuning\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Oracle ERP.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of XML/XSNot ready to apply?
