Role Summary :

Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

We are looking for a Business Analyst : Supply in India to join our team. The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle. A person who can juggle multiple roles at a time and be ready for any adverse condition.

Responsibilities :

- This role will support and participate in the planning execution, serving as the planning team\'s primary point of contact for all inventory planning needs.

- This candidate will ensure that products are planned, evaluate risks and opportunities, call out issues, and communicate all relevant information within Category, Sourcing and Revenue teams to drive positive business results and inventory health.

- This role partners cross-functionally, representing IP, and explaining metrics and actions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor\'s degree (From IIT/NIT/IIM/BITS)/P.G or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training

- Minimum of 2-3 years of supply/inventory planning, or supply chain experience required Validated analytical skills, finding relevant information within large data sets and create executive story

- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)

- Specifically, well demonstrated capability converting complex concepts into easy to interpret stories that resonate across a varied audience

- Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills

- Relevant Experience in Inventory management at e-commerce, D2C, Retail space is a plus
