Proven success in continued learning! Responsibilities Include: . Ensure testing activities are actioned to meet non-negotiable remediation timelines. . Provide status updates and reporting through completion of required compliance documentation. . Collaborate across many inter-related business areas supporting this process. . Planning User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities that impact front-end, user-focused applications. This includes assessing the testing needs, determining the proper test configuration and data needs, writing and executing test conditions and test scripts, recommending opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and ensuring the completion of required test documents. . Tracking and monitoring defects that arise during UAT and seeing them through to resolution. . Preparing all testing-related documentation. . Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing status reports, recommending actions and escalating appropriately. . Forging strong relationships with various internal business partners, technical partners and contractors. . We are looking for someone who has an analytical mindset and can offer recommendations against repeated control failures, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment where non-negotiable timelines drive the work-flow, and someone who has great organization skills, communication and follow up. Required Qualifications: . Academic Background: Graduate with MBA in IT, Microsoft Server / Application Certification. . Good understanding of end-to-end processes in Global Securityoperations areas. . Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and implement time management strategies to ensure deadlines are met. . Proven self-starter with strong problem solving and decision-making skills. . Ability to assess risks, impacts or implications to operations areas or the customer. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, with strength in Excel and PowerPoint . Ability to flex work schedule to meet project demands including extended workday and/or possible weekends. . Previous experience interacting with various levels of leadership, through email correspondence, phone-delivered presentations and in person. . A passion for our customers. Knowledge of Platforms: Must have knowledge of Ccure 9000, ARCServe, FLIR DVTel, Morpho Manager, AutoCert, Key watcher TrueTouch, ITSM Service Now, Enterprise Password Vault.
