Analyst, Land Acquisitions,- Responsible for supporting in the development, execution, and management of the organization\'s investment strategy in the real estate sector across Bangalore.- Identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and ensure the optimization the organization\'s investment portfolio in line with the investment strategy and growth targets for Bangalore city- Establish complete ownership over the entire, end-to-end deal evaluation, due diligence and execution process including preliminary screening of opportunities, detailed evaluation including rigorous valuation, assessment of potential risks and upsides.- Be well versed with laws of the land related to approvals, licenses, agreements, taxation, compliance, legal etc. From time to time work with specialists, partners or other stakeholders to propose a fool proof plan around land assets.- Conduct 3rd party paid diligence including commercial, financial, legal and tax advisors.- Create detailed IM decks, financial models, risk registers/matrices, pipeline and due diligence updates regularly.Leadership Skills & Achievement Orientation:- Possess decision making abilities to achieve the organization\'s objectives.- Enjoy credibility to positively influence others.Analytical and Advisory Skill:- Have strong structuring, valuation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent ability to present his case- Have very strong financial modeling and valuation skillsWorking Style:- Be a self-starter with a high energy level, and creative/ entrepreneurial mindset.- Have the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.- Dealmaker, strong networker, and relationship builder- Seasoned negotiator with superior ability to achieve desired outcomes.Communication Skills:- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.- Have excellent presentation skills.Mandatory Requirements:1.
