  • Will have responsibility for managing multiple activities within the Knowledge Processing team including supporting global stakeholders on regular and ad hoc tasks, and assisting Team Leader/ Manager to handle day-to-day operations of the team
  • Will work to ensure the integrity of the day-to-day operations of a wide range of Knowledge Systems processes being delivered from the Delhi office
  • To ensure daily responsibilities are accomplished as assigned.
  • To help in updating firm\'s intranet website pages and be able to communicate with requestors/ stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • To serve as a point of contact for the Knowledge Services stakeholders/requestors
  • Accurately complete various cyclic and ad hoc reporting activities
  • Prepare periodic as well as request-based reports regarding the usage of the firm\'s knowledge tools
  • Extract request-based data from the respective tools and convert them into a presentable format in Excel/ MS Word/ MS Powerpoint etc.
  • Work in close collaboration and co-ordination with the team members to ensure all processes run smoothly
  • To effectively attend process transition trainings and help in seamless onboarding of new processes
  • Be able to assist in solving requestor queries and if required coordinate within different teams or departments
  • Maintain effective and efficient back and forth communication (by phone, email and screen share) with requestors
  • Manage team mailboxes and proactively scope requests with highest quality
  • Effectively manage workload to make sure targets are being met and the work is being delivered within committed deadlines
  • Acquire necessary knowledge by participating in training to ensure completion of deliverables
  • Ability to operate individually on any given project
  • Assists in maintaining process documentation
  • Assist in managing workflow in coordination with the Team Leader/Manager
  • Assist Knowledge Services stakeholder in creating and maintaining training materials for the business
QualificationsYour experienceQualifications & Experience
  • A bachelor\'s degree from a reputed institute
  • 1.5 - 2.5 years\' work experience at a multinational organisation, working in a knowledge-based role. Knowledge of Outlook is a must.
  • Experience of working on a knowledge-based process
Communicating & Influencing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels within the firm
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and clearly
  • Ability to discuss processes across all levels of the organisation
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
Organisational/Job-related skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and proven experience of prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
  • Flexible, proactive, and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Preferred experience of MS Outlook and Mailbox management
  • Knowledge of HTML coding and/or SharePoint is added advantage
