This role will support the IT Security and DP Program within DHL Express India. This role will also include monitor, analyzing, reviewing, reporting and readiness of IT Security controls and data protection compliance with the help of the Manager- IT Security and DP. He or She will also closely work with the team on the development, analysis, and review of leadership reports.Role Details\xc2\xb7 Role title : Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 IT Security and Data Protection\xc2\xb7 Corporate/Business : DHL Express\xc2\xb7 Department/Function : Information Technology\xc2\xb7 Job family : IT Security & Data Protection\xc2\xb7 Reports to : Manager - IT Security & Data Protection\xc2\xb7 Garde : 9/10.Scope of role\xc2\xb7 No. Of FTEs [year]:1\xc2\xb7 Direct/Indirect reports [year]: 0Key ResponsibilitiesHe/she will have to perform the following key activities:\xc2\xb7 Implementing security and Data protection controls in the organization.\xc2\xb7 Maintains an awareness of DHL Express security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security and Data Privacy.\xc2\xb7 Execute appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents/Data breaches.\xc2\xb7 Communicating security issues to a wide variety of internal key stakeholders including technical teams, executives, risk groups\xc2\xb7 Help to set up various end users\xe2\x80\x99 IT security and DP awareness program like training, mailers, posters & Phishing campaign etc\xc2\xb7 Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners both regionally and globally.

• Work closely with Vulnerability assessment & Pen testing teams to analyse results and threat feeds to properly react to security weaknesses or vulnerabilities with App team.
• Works with the concerned team on app assessment results, patching, and remediation activities related to workstations, servers, storage, databases, appliances, web applications and network devices
• Participant in IT security & Data protection projects.
• 3rd party Vendor management from IT security and Data privacy perspective.

Skills Required\xc2\xb7 Communication skills (English) Spoken and written.\xc2\xb7 Presentation Skills.\xc2\xb7 Certified or knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 and Data privacy regulationProfile Requirements(Experience/Certifications/Qualifications/Licenses)\xc2\xb7 3-4 years of experience in IT security and Data protection.\xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure including cloud and App development lifecycle and testing.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of conducting IT risk assessments\xc2\xb7 Self-learner: the ability to keep oneself updated with the latest threats and security standards\xc2\xb7 Reporting and documentation\xc2\xb7 Coordination and project management\xc2\xb7 University Degree.Profile Requirements(Experience/Certifications/Qualifications/Licenses)\xc2\xb7 3-4 years of experience in IT security and Data protection.\xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure including cloud and App development lifecycle and testing.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of conducting IT risk assessments\xc2\xb7 Self-learner: the ability to keep oneself updated with the latest threats and security standards\xc2\xb7 Reporting and documentation\xc2\xb7 Coordination and project management\xc2\xb7 University Degree.
