The Security Administration tower within ISG is primarily responsible for fulfillment of Identity and Access Provisioning requests across Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s platforms and applications portfolio.Job Summary:The IAM User Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization\'s IT infrastructure by managing user access to various resources. This role involves creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, as well as defining and enforcing access policies in alignment with security best practices and organizational requirements. The IAM User Administrator collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand access needs, troubleshoot access-related issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This position requires a strong understanding of IAM concepts, technical proficiency with IAM tools and platforms, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:2-5 years hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights. - Strong hands on experience with a majority of the following technologies (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, CA Identity Minder, SailPointIIQ). - Strong understanding of application access structures and request model etc. - Deep understanding of Active Directory - Domains, group membership, account transfers and moves. - Deep understanding of RACF, ACF2 systems and knowledge of Mainframe Security Administration. - Experience administering and supporting Microsoft server operating systems. - Exposure to user access management and access provisioning in SailPoint. - Solid understanding of Information Security and IT controls. And working in accordance to IT standard operating procedures.
