Position Summary:As the TPRM Sr. Analyst for Procurement Risk, you contribute to Kraft Heinz\'s strategic ambition to improve and standardize the way supplier risk is measured and interpreted, for the Procurement function. You will provide structure, support, and guidance to the North American Procurement Transformation team to ensure a consistent approach to risk management and controls across the procurement life cycle. Your role will be to support the development of Procurement\xe2\x80\x99s overarching risk management program and related compliance metrics, communications, and processes to ensure consistent and repeatable execution to Kraft Heinz\xe2\x80\x99s standards. You will design reports and analytics in collaboration with our digital procurement team to embed third-party risk management (TPRM) practices as a component of our digital roadmap. The digital workstreams you collaborate on will Improve the quality and accessibility of risk intelligence solutions across our NA Procurement team to help make informed decisions with our business partners. This position offers high career visibility with the potential to move into various roles within the Kraft Heinz Company.Shift Timings: North America (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) as per business requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Champion the company\xe2\x80\x99s value of Doing the Right Thing by ensuring procurement risk mindset is embedded in daily ways of working for the North America Procurement organization.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bResearch risk models used by industry peers.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bPull accurate, relevant and consistent data from KHC systems to inform risk models and decision-making
  • \xe2\x80\x8bConduct market scans to refine KHC Supplier Risk Management Program and benchmark against other industry solutions.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bSupport in documenting Kraft Heinz\xe2\x80\x99 inventory of third parties
  • \xe2\x80\x8bSupport deployment of supplier risk management (SRM) playbook.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bProvide Procurement Transformation Team with accurate and insightful inventory and supply continuity data and relevant supplier information to enable fact-based discussions between Suppliers and internal teams, promote effective communications, and enhance supplier relationships.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bAssist in identifying and qualifying potential Supplier(s) to fill the gap and minimize disruption to the business.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bSupport the development of tracking and analytics related to the KHC\xe2\x80\x99s IT Security initiatives
  • \xe2\x80\x8bSupport Procurement Transformation team in the adoption of a third-party risk management (TPRM) framework and practices, supported by risk intelligence, and digital procurement, as part of our digital procurement roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing by adopting appropriate communication style to individuals at all levels of the organization and remaining open to disagreement or new ideas.
  • Must be able to work with multiple organizations and teams, consistently meet deadlines and work well under time constraints and be able to quickly learn and understands diverse business areas/systems.
Desired Candidate:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ master degree in business, finance or supply chain or any relevant combination of education and experience
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in in an international company, project management, supply chain, and possess a working knowledge of supply chain risk activities
  • \xe2\x80\x8bProven knowledge of risk methodology and tools/knowledge of key areas of supplier risk (i.e., financial, IT, quality regulatory, etc.)
  • \xe2\x80\x8bKnowledge of procurement processes including the development of category/sourcing strategies, supplier performance management, contract management, risk management, and business partner engagement, highly desirable.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bA proven record of accomplishments in understanding procure-to-pay processes and their affiliate solutions (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, MicroStrategy, Tableau).
  • \xe2\x80\x8bStrong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bProven record of accomplishment demonstrating the ability to develop, design, and deploy change and transformation across large organizations.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bAbility to influence and coach without direct accountability, supporting NA Procurement teams to achieve results, and possess excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bDisplays high levels of energy and commitment; is relentless in the pursuit of goals in an environment of complexity, diversity, and ambiguity.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bAdvanced and demonstrated change management skills with an eagerness to learn and develop further.
  • \xe2\x80\x8bAdvanced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have technological understanding for source-to-pay tools.
