Position Summary... What you\'ll do... About Team: This position is for US Omni Business & Ops Analytics team. At Walmart Global Tech, you will work with small teams of talented Data Analysts, Data Engineers. Be given the freedom to try new things and prove the value of your own ideas and innovations and own them all the way to production. Foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure business needs are being met using software engineering best practices. Participate and encourage teams in internal Hackathons, tech events, and innovation challenges, while contributing to organization-building activities! What you will do: Understand and scope business problems with stakeholders and define success criteria Develop Analytics Dashboard by demonstrating capability to drive from start to finish & generate actionable insights. Provide thought leadership in defining and solving business problems What you will bring : We\'re looking for someone who has: B.E / Post Graduation 3+ years of work experience in SQL & Tableau Work experience in ML, Power BI, & Python (Nice to have) 2+ years of experience in Dashboard development from requirement gathering, design/wireframe, development until deployment Practical experience with ETL, Data processing, Data analytics, SQL query performance improvements Strong analytical abilities, ability to define relevant measurements / metrics for a given problem Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical audiences including business and tech leadership Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual focused on solving customer problems.
