Delivers and supports business analytics solutions for a specific business unit or function.Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand how operational processes are executed in different work flow systems in the data, and then leveraging that data to help generate insights about process efficiency.
  • Provide reporting and analytical insight to support to the Client Services Group by means of standardizing and automating operational and performance metrics and reporting.
  • Developing innovative/creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements
  • Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

4ICPosition Summary :The Salesforce Support Admin role is responsible for supporting Nuveens global Salesforce.com instance, and is primarily responsible for helping to maintain and improve the data integrity of the platform, as well as matching and establishing links from third-party provided data sets to Nuveens Salesforce database. The role assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive high quality data, increase business collaboration, and reduce strategic business risk. A successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience using Salesforce, and will have experience interacting with business users. They will understand how various strategic and tactical changes impact the entire platform, and will work to increase platform adoption and help enable the business to realize the platforms full potential.Impact :Customer data is used to ensure high quality customer servicing, efficient distribution management and critical inputs to strategic planning and performance measurement. Data accuracy and completeness are critical enablers to a high performing distribution platform that supports all elements of sales, service and supportFunctional Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data within Salesforce to ensure data adheres to enterprise standards
  • Recommend and implement data quality processes. Provide sign off on data-related changes. Educate users on data standards
  • Business user support
  • Drive business user adoption of Salesforce
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Experience:3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in supporting Salesforce.com based businessSkills:
  • Proficient with Salesforce Dataloader
  • Intermediate SQL or similar query language
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Prior training experience
  • Experience with AppExchange partners such as Pardot, Riva, Seismic
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce administration tools such as Demandtools, Workbench
  • Experience with reporting tools such as TabCRM
  • Experience integrating with 3rd party data providers and services
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to display independent judgment to make decisions where no clear precedents exist; adjusts plans and deliverables with the right approvals and the business goals in mind. Ensures that all standards are followed and controls are adequately designed and implemented.
