The team develops the Banks Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program and identifies and addresses vulnerabilities, Develops, deploys and manages a risk-based controls portfolio, Manages and operates global security operations center that monitor, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents.GIS Identity & Access management (IAM) Access Control Team goal is to ensure that the control processes and effectiveness are within the identified risk tolerance. Manage the performance and effectiveness of the working control through the establishment of metrics with thresholds. Validate the reasonability of Laws, Rules and Regulations mapping alignment to the controls, as aligned by the GIS Policy team.*(Provide a high level overview of the role and scope of responsibilities)Establishes a framework of policies and technologies as it relates to the identity lifecycle through collaboration with HR, Identity Services, and resource owners. Is the IAM subject matter expert on joiner, mover, leaver, application and account lifecycle, and dormancy best practices. Reinforces the need for proper data and process alignment to manage the lifecycle of identities through hands on support activities. , you would be an individual contributor responsible for providing operational and procedural support in Identity Access Management security controls across the Enterprise, including Windows, Midrange, and Mainframe platforms. A risk-oriented perspective is required.You will be using your analytical mindset and teamwork skills to support and improve access controls. You will utilize your technical and business knowledge to support secure, risk-based practices, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.We look for you to be result-oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units, at various levels. The knowledge/experience/exposure with information security topics, including the design, development, testing, implementation or governance of information security practices and solutions, will be very helpful in this role. You should be prepared to demonstrate your knowledge of access management/risk identification and mitigation/project management skills.Responsibilities*

  • Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and inactivation of access.
  • Participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.
  • Collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and support of RBAC.
  • Ensure all evidence of authorization is documented and archived according to internal standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC.
  • For systems and software applications in scope for IAM Team, reconcile discrepancies between access rights assigned and access rights required for users to perform job duties.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with IAM tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or in collaboration with other Information Systems teams and/or stakeholders, while adhering to internal service standards.
  • Ensure dormant accounts/records are disabled; eliminate access for those who no longer need applicable information.
  • Generate reports to perform in-depth analysis and data collection for issues associated with IAM.

  • Strong understanding of Identity Access Management architecture, technology and standards
  • Strong quantitative, Analytical, data intuition and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain is required
  • Understanding of IAM Controls and Information Security
  • Experience with Role Base Access Controls and Access Bundeling
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and SQL knowledge
  • Strong Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Json, etc.)
  • Moderate knowledge of cloud-based identity and access management solutions such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Identity
  • Previous experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management
  • Proficient in Windows, Midrange and Mainframe security systems
  • Ability to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
  • Experience with Project Management or working with Project Managers
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight. Motivated and willing to learn.
  • Strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
  • Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Etc.)
  • Quick learner and self-starter
