Additional Comments:Compliance Team Member is looking for a candidate to join its Compliance team. This individual will work closely with the Offshore Compliance Manager, the Chief Compliance Officer and other team members to continue to develop the Compliance Program while successfully supporting business owners including assisting with customers\xe2\x80\x99 compliance requirements, providing vendor oversight and helping auditors conduct internal and external auditing activities. This position requires an in depth understanding of all aspects of US health plan operations and the role compliance plays in supporting the business. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create and nurture internal and external business relationships. You are an excellent problem solver who has the ability to quickly grasp the needs of an internal Account and/or Project Manager/account team and/or customers and work with them to resolve potential challenges. Ideally your goal -- in addition to successfully completing deliverables -- will be to help safeguard Health and customer compliance activities. This position includes a range of responsibilities that will give you the opportunity to utilize and expand upon your compliance and US health plan knowledge and expertise. These responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Successfully work on an individual basis and as a team member to implement and sustain a compliance infrastructure that supports Health business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and coordinate end to end SOC1, SOC2 and HITRUST audits with the external auditing agency and account teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and lead internal audits and risk assessments that will confirm Health alignment to contractual obligations, HIPAA safeguards and other privacy and security controls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate extensively in account level audits conducted by customers or their third-party representative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal and external partners to investigate potential privacy/security risks, incidents, identify root cause (RCA), develop, and oversee implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to their completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Rich experience in creating HIPAA Policies, Processes and SOPs \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the account teams in tracking and adhering to contractual obligations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing training courseware for Compliance programs and work with external vendors to rollout the training courses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Required Skillset: \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 IT experience \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Healthcare Compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in performing internal audits (Compliance audits, security audits) & coordinating external audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST etc.) and the ability to present results of the audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good domain knowledge of US Healthcare \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work efficiently as a team and collaborate with account teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to concurrently oversee compliance activities for multiple accounts/vendors and meet stated deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesSkills:Compliance,Healthcare,Communication,AuditAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
