Description & RequirementsThe primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the management and oversight of business process controls and security controls requirements across all financial processes. Additionally, the role will have ownership of SAP Global Risk Compliance (GRC), Process Controls (PC) deliverables for Risk, Compliance & Control Management processes. This role will also assist with the daily and monthly reporting of SOD (Segregation of Duties) activities from SAP GRC in support of meeting applicable compliance objectives. Candidates must have direct "hands-on" experience in controls testing cycle and functional experience using SAP GRC.Description & RequirementsWork with the Global SAP GRC team to ensure process consistency, accuracy, and standardization in the implementation and use of the SAP GRC PC technologyEvaluate, configure, optimize, and monitor the business rules and controls included in GRC PCWork with the Global SAP GRC team to define and enhance the GRC PC governance and strategyWork with Business Partners to ensure agreement in the design and implementation of GRC PC controlsWork with internal and external parties to develop business controls and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) framework applicable within the scope of Kraft Heinz business requirementsEnsure business process controls performance activities are defined, communicated, performed, monitored, and escalatedManage, track, and govern the GRC PC activities and responsibilities across the GRC PC teamsProvide key GRC PC metrics and ongoing communication to key stakeholdersEnsure ongoing process improvement and collaborate with appropriate business partnersAlign and collaborate with various project teams to assess potential impacts to GRC PC and drive consistency, effectiveness, and efficienciesOversee and ensure that GRC PC global standards are met regarding PC control monitoring, change management, user access management, and process excellencePerform a self-assessment review to ensure GRC PC processes are followed and executed within established SOPs.Assists with the successful completion of the quarterly UAR (User Access Review) process.Participates in team activities and team planning regarding improving team skills, awareness, and quality of work.Administer GRC roles, reports, role validations and system technical issues such as upgrades and UAT.Manage SAP SoD conflicts and help define mitigating controls for waivers.Qualifications:3 -5 Years related work experience in Business Processes, Audit, Business Technology and Finance Compliance.Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline, Finance, Computer Science, or another related field is preferred.Broad knowledge of finance and accounting; excellent analytical skills.Experience managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and conflicts.Experience with problem solving situations; includes approaches used, tools, tactics used to manage for effective outcomes.Experience working in a dynamic team environmentBusiness process controls and Sarbanes Oxley expertise / key risks and controls understandingSAP GRC and Process Control experienceExcellent verbal and communication skills; Can communicate with Business Partners to explain difficult issues and works to establish consensusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong influencing / negotiating skillsHigh competency with analytical and reporting tools (including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project)Fundamentals of Financial Controls & Accounting Principles including competency in SAP, BI and other business systemsStrong cognitive skills: ability to reason and form ideas and develops solutions to avoid recurrenceLocation(s) Ahmedabad xe2x80x93 Mondeal Heights xe2x80x93 GBS CenterKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer xe2x80x93 Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
