How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?
HR Operations Team is responsible for enabling Providence Global Center to manage Caregiver life cycle events from Hire to Retire process. The Team strives to drive seamless experience to Caregivers and further ensure that optimum support is extended to HR stakeholders in achieving their business objectives across Providence.
What will you be responsible for?
  • Manage end to end onboarding of new hires, validate background verification results, maintain, and arrange new hire records.
  • Conduct and facilitate New Hire Orientation program, maintain personnel files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams at Providence Global Center to ensure seamless experience throughout Caregiver life cycle events
  • Respond to Caregiver inquiries in a hire to retire model
  • Manage benefit entitlements and enable positive Caregiver experience by way of demonstrating Providence mission, value and purpose
  • Collaborate with Providence internal and external partner teams engaged in providing services to Providence
  • Responsible for contributing to positive Caregiver experience.

Who are we looking for?
  • Should have at least 2-5 years of work experience in HR Operations environment.
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity at all times, work with discipline and adhere to timelines
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with excellent Team Player approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Working knowledge on employee life cycle events, manage onboarding and offboarding events
  • Working experience or awareness on HCM tools like Success Factors, Workday, is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with fair ease of usage
  • Attention to detail with exposure to drive and facilitate HR programs and initiatives.
