Job Description


The Analyst, HRIS position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational within Human Resources They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, accounting/finance stakeholders and other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint Integrations Troubleshoot integration issues and if required work with third-party integration vendor Participate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to Integration Work with functional team and third-party vendors in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution Creation of RaaS report to integration Inbound and outbound EIB integrations Gain a deep understanding of the Workday implementation tools to execute day to day Integration activities Requirements 3-5 years work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporations Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday or similar HRIS system Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment Strength in building client relationships, both in-person and with virtual teams Expert level user of Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and advanced capabilities with balance of MS Office Suite of applications University degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Accounting) Skills & Competencies Teamwork - demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, embrace differences and build consensus, while working towards aligned goals and common objectives Communication - highly developed presentation skills both written and oral, with a proven ability to take complex data and clearly express it in a compelling manner Process Orientation - Learn about peers processes and directives and incorporate into reporting administration function as appropriate Initiative - self-starter with an action bias and an eagerness to learn, who can work with little direction and take initiative beyond the established scope of responsibilities Critical Thinking - Utilizes problem-solving skills, analysis, sound judgement and evidence to support well-considered recommendations to resolve issues Operational Excellence - outstanding time-management, strong attention to detail, dedication to accuracy and high degree of pride in work output Adaptability - Skillfully and promptly exhibit flexibility by leveraging available resources to modify work to changing scenarios as required
