Analyst - HRIS - 2+ Years - Bangalore/Pune/MumbaiLocation - Bangalore/Pune/MumbaiYour future employerIt is one of the largest global insurance brokerages, risk management, and consulting firm, serves communities around the globe, helping clients address risk, protecting assets, and recovering from losses.Responsibilities:As a HRIS Reporting Analyst person will be developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to meet regulatory requirements for Human Resources, Compliance and Legal teams.Acting as primary contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM analytics, consulting with internal customers to create requirements for new reports, report changes, and data requests and developing reports and dashboards in OAC and OTBI.Leading reporting function for core HR projects.Facilitating functional compliance, data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis, surfacing opportunities for improvement or corrective action to various HR leaders and tracking ongoing improvements or trends.Performing first level issue analysis for potential issues; and testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.Training and educating users on related reports and efficient use.Recommending process improvements for reporting team and external processes impacting the team.May provide guidance to lower level staff but has no formal supervisory responsibilityRequirements:Bachelor\'s degreeMinimum 5 years experience building and testing reports in Business Intelligence/visualization applications.Human resources process and/or data experience.Proven strength and experience utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for variety of data analysis needs.Proficient in MS Office applications including Word & PowerPoint.Desired- Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience.Reach us: If you think this role is aligned with your career, kindly write me an email along with your updated CV on shokhy.agarwal@crescendogroup.in for a confidential discussion on the roleDisclaimer:Crescendo Global is specializes in Senior to C-level niche recruitment.
