Campus Recruitment Coordinator - Human Resources Job Location: GurgaonThe successful candidate will be hired by Wipro and will work on the Blackstone Account with the HR EMEA team. : The responsibilities for this person will include: Schedule interviews, sending interview invites & coordinating interviews directly at all stage of the interview process. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating skills assessment tests for campus positions and internships. Conducting tests and case studies to assess candidate's skills. Managing and maintain a comprehensive database of campus events and maintaining report on recruiting metrics after every career event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired. Handling candidates event communication efficiently and providing timely updates to recruiting leads. Collaborating and helping the hiring teams with the new Hiring methods. Facilitate efficient communication with candidates and recruiting leads, providing a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. Workday (ATS) and Handshake (Events) management Requirement and Skills: Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of MS Outlook Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline. Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment Team player; collaborative Qualifications: Postgraduation degree is mandatory. 2-3 years of HR or related Administration experience.   • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
  • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
