Reports to Associate/VP
Overall Job Purpose Support C&W US on various valuation assignments with DCF analysis
Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise for commercial properties
in US
2. Prepare excel based analysis for these property assets
3. Analyze property level information from various sources including
income statements, budgets, rent rolls, recovery reconciliations,
Real estate tax analysis, abatements to do a deep dive into the
property and put together an indication of value.
4. Understand nuances of commercial property valuation to seek
relevant information
5. Interpret market reports and prepare writeup analysis for the
asset\'s market
6. Interpret lease documents to understand relevant details for
modelling and prepare lease abstracts.
7. Understanding of working on Argus Enterprise is required
8. Assist in agency underwriting process.
Desired Skillset 1. Engineering/MBA Graduate or similar qualification
2. 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in US Commercial Real Estate domain
3. Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of Discounted Cash
flow, IRR, NPV, return analysis.
4. Experience in working on Argus Enterprise and Excel
5. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
6. Self-Starter with an ability to manage tight timelines and diligent
work division skills.
7. Ability to understand deliverable requirements and manage
independently.
