Position details:

• To support the business administration and planning function of Global Markets Division for Asia(AGMD) in Hong Kong.
• To support the Governance, Self-Inspection, and regulatory reporting in AGMD.
• To streamline the workflow and reduce the unnecessary procedure to enhance the efficiency.
• To Identify, escalate, and remediate data quality issues.
• Resolution of queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a swift response andcompliance with the internal policy around the distribution of sensitive data.

• Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting and the supporting packs to facilitate seniormanagement review across Head office reporting.
• Conduct Self Inspection checks remotely for assigned items and processes for Global MarketsDivision on a timely basis.
• Support Operations units in all India by responding to issues and queries raised by units.
• Manage governance process and ensure compliance at across level.
• Look at cost reduction opportunities by automating and elimination.
• Responsible and support data submission to Hong Kong AGMD and to follow up the discrepancies ifthere is any.

• Graduate and / or Post-Graduate.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skill and presentation
• Good financial markets knowledge, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of data analysis, operations system, policies, process, and workflows.
• Basic Understanding of Reporting procedures, MIS & Analytics
