Job Description


:

Manage the delivery of Global Mobility expatriate operations (expatriate on-boarding, off-boarding & on-going activities) for locations as per agreed service level agreements.

This includes:

  • Assigning of BAU work to team members through requests received in the email inbox.
  • Be a subject matter expert and responding to queries.
  • Accuracy in processing in line with SOPs with no errors.
  • Identify & escalate all error/exceptions on identification.
  • Responds to routine queries/complaints
  • Be audit focused in all BAU activities.
  • Comply with the firm\'s policies & SOPs.
  • Navigates systems quickly and accurately
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner
  • Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of function and related check points.
Education & Experience:
  • Graduate, preferably in Commerce
Skills & Experience: * 4+ years working experience overall in an operations environment. Experience in Global Mobility will be an added advantage.
  • Good at data processing and calculations
  • Efficiency and comfort of working in MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Works well in teams
  • Good written & spoken communication skills in English
  • Has sensitivity and ability to maintain and manage confidential data in a secure manner, with alertness to notice and question exceptions
  • Has a client servicing focus
  • Has analytical ability, takes initiative and innovates.
