This is a great opportunity for an analytically-minded individual willing to learn multiple tools and technologies.The GIS Analyst will contribute to the best-in-class research output that differentiates JLL. We tell the real estate story, define the market and inspire action.What this job involves

• Create captivating visualizations, integrating JLLs proprietary research data for the purposes of business development, external distribution, and client requests
• Produce interactive maps, reports, and presentations that bring research content and real estate data to life
• Assist on projects from initial debrief to finished product following standard operating procedures with limited oversight
• Contribute to the GIS center of excellence and provide support to GIS colleagues as needed
• Develop and share best practice standards with the Americas Research Group

Desired skills and experience for this job

• 0 3 years of related GIS experience, real estate knowledge a plus
• BS/BA in geography, GIS, urban planning, economics, or relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the Esri platform: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Business Analyst Online
• Comfort with analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organization skills to effectively manage workload and time, multi-task, and succeed under pressure
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to closely follow processes and procedures
