Start your journey.The position is responsible for Business Partnering and Finance Planning & Analysis activities related to supplier revenue for the Meetings & Events business.What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do on a Typical Day :Key support of financial planning & forecasting for Global Supplier Revenue - Meetings & Events. Ensuring budgets & forecasts are robust with risks and opportunities fully understoodProvide robust tracking of financials to ensure variances are understood, and report on actual financial results against targets, to assist in guidance on future trendsEnsure that reporting is succinct, consistent & insightfulCollaborate with other finance teams & cross-functional teams including Finance Shared Services, Controllership & the GSR Business.Drive changes to improve and automate processes and implement PowerBI & Data analyticsAssist in ad hoc financial analysis projects and reports preparation as requiredWhat We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For :ACA, CIMA or ACCA finalist or finalist/qualified preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering rolesProven experience in financial planning, accounting, reporting & Proficient user of finance softwareStrong financial acumen & analytical skills with an ability to work in the detail and at strategic levelAdvanced Excel skills and ability to translate large amounts of data into clear actionable insightsStrong process improvement experience, with an \xe2\x80\x98automation mindset\xe2\x80\x99Ability to work cross-functionally & comfortable with ambiguity, with ability to operate in a highly flexible, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organizationLocation IND0003 - Gurgaon - GBTThe #TeamGBT ExperienceWork and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
