Summary of Role: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering analytics and solutions for our customers. You will be playing a key role in developing and automating existing / new analytical and Operational reports for warehouse sites /profit centres across industry verticals and geographies. Roles & Responsibilities: Gather accurate information and perform detailed solution design to fully define requirements and recommend approach Source the input data from the identified databases and draw them into structural form for further use Provide reporting & analytics support to publish Warehouse KPIs by collaborating with the peers Design and maintain reusable dashboards for daily/weekly report outs with appropriate embedding of important SQL queries Probe to understand the underlying Business question from stakeholders and leads to share relevant insights that drives impact to the Business Realize the business logic with SQL query changes as per the client agreement and review with the peers Ensure accuracy of the output and follow all the quality control steps before publishing Work on ad-hoc requests as in when they appear and provide prompt response on resolutions Onboard new technology and automation techniques for team\'s progression towards efficient working Need to showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data. Willingness to work a flexible schedule in order to broaden learning opportunities, led by example, and prepare for future assignments. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Interview Business users gather and document requirements. Develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations Focus on innovation to reduce team efforts Work towards individual and team goals effectively Instrumental in developing the new hires and lead them by examples Technical / Functional / Soft Skills: Must Have Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Disciplines like IT or technology preferred. 2 to 5 years\' experience in Technology and Automation. Knowledge of progressive technical tools Ability to code complex SQL queries in relational database environment (MySQL, Oracle) Analysing complex business data and deriving insights through Dashboards (in Power BI/Tableau/ MS Excel etc.) Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel, Macros, Automation Nice to Have Experience in working with remote teams (Onsite - Offshore Setup) Domain knowledge of Supply Chain would be an add-on Experience in advanced analytics and tools like Python, R etc. Understanding of machine learning, data mining and experience in algorithmic program development and coding.
