Job Title : Analyst Customer Success- Earnkaro Location : Gurugram,Haryana : We are looking for a customer service professional, who will be responsible for assisting our customers and resolving their queries to the best of their satisfaction. The communication channels would be chats, emails, calls, and social media. Taking care of the First Response Time (FRT), Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) etc. would be an integral part of this job. Must-Have Skills: 0-2 years of working in customer service team preferably in E-commerce industry. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
