Enter the orders and quotes accurately in ERP/Salesforce as per the rules/SOP. Basic knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Should understand business knowledge in Order to Cash cycle. Ensure expected order entry productivity and accuracy are maintained consistently. Identify and follow up customer specific requirements. Any other additional tasks depending on the specific country or organization as requested by Team Lead / Supervisor. Maintain & update process-related documents in a timely manner. Should be able to handle all process-related queries. Manage the customer requests like providing ETA, Invoice, or any other documents as per SOP. Proper response to email queries received from the customers or internal team. Maintain a positive and flexible attitude. Learning additional activities in the team and delivering the results effectively. Willing to work in Night shift. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduation in any discipline. Experience: Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position. DESIRABLE SKILLS Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Moreover, should have the capability to work with a team from different geographies and people from diverse backgrounds. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Email & Internet.
