Hybrid Working\xc3\x82

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
The role involves managing various IB processes related to GCIS2 limit management .It also involves supporting various projects mostly related to Sanctioning Workflow and project eagle. The role also requires the holder to support team leader in various day to day tasks and to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders to optimise the process efficiency.

What will you be doing?
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Preparing, analysing and distributing excel based reports related to counter party credit limits from Business Objects.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Maintaining key credit information on GCIS2 and SW system.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Working on creditgateway and GCIS2 reconciliations.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Conducting Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly excel based reconciliation of Credit systems to ensure there are no discrepancies.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Reporting the sampling/Audit results to senior management (VP and above).
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Monthly Process reviews with UK stakeholders and senior management.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Generating daily and monthly reports and distributing the same to Credit Risk officers in Singapore, UK and US.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Performing annual risk assessment along with the Risk and Governance team.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Responsible for incident management, investigation, documentation.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Supporting audit or compliance teams during audit period.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Ensure the controls are operating effectively at all times and adhering to the Control framework. Also ensure data quality issues are reported to the respective DQ forum and resolved on a timely basis.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Provide SME support to any new reporting requirements either in the upstream or with the regulatory requirement.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Role involves supporting BA4s and AVPs in day to day tasks,
What we\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99re looking for:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Should have minimum qualification of B. Com or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute Or have studied Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics/Computers at university level.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Ability to understand systems and interpret procedures.
