What will your essential responsibilities include?

Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations between AXA XL and a designated broker including monthly reconciliations, query management, escalation of material, and overdue premiums.

Account reconciliations and resolution of issues in coordination with internal parties.

Internal accounts analysis & reconciliations with the maintenance of their records.

Daily email communication with internal and external parties which includes reminders and follow-ups with various departments.

Perform periodic reviews of aged premiums falling below full-service value thresholds.

Work with high volumes and maintain the turnaround time.

Drive process automation and standardization of various process tasks.

Make sure competence across all accounting platforms (theFRAME and GENIUS) and utilized by the collection Premium Collections. Make sure full compliance with FIC controls.

Provide clear, concise commentary evidencing actions performed for monthly reporting packs and scheduled debt reviews to be performed by the line manager.

Ad hoc reports or projects.

You will report to Assistant Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Graduate/ Post-graduate in commerce is mandatory.

Couple of years of ground experience in the Insurance industry.

Exposure to credit control with hands-on experience in Credit Control and Premium accounting tasks.

Extensive experience with Premium Collection processes and an in-depth understanding of Global Insurance practices and London market slip presentations.

Exposure to working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Well-versed with GENIUS systems.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work self-directly in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Consistently deliver work of a high standard within agreed timescales to meet tight deadlines.

Exposure to accounting/ insurance at education or during a previous job is preferred.

Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and high levels of attention to detail.

Robust IT skills (MS Excel & MS Access)
