Introduction: As a Risk RTB SME responsible for managing the service quality provided to the Risk stake holders and takes E2E responsibility of service operations. The E2E support includes ensuring Application management, Vendor management , KPI monitoring and reporting, service availability and the platform stability What will you be doing Production stability: - Accountable for Production stability, Service availability and Governance. Business Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders. Work closely with key stakeholders to make continuous improvement with focus on stability and delivery of critical Business deliverables (SLA adherence) TechOps and DevOps Focus: - Engagement with Business Operations and development to ensure value driven delivery with agility and stability balance. Vendor & Delivery Management: - Accountable for day to day operations partnering with the vendor Service Delivery leads. Tech Delivery: - Responsible for the definition and execution of service improvement plans including RTB projects Service Reporting/Reviews and Application Management: - Engagement with Global RFT RTB leadership to review KPIs and SLAs. Service Escalation: -Lead Incident and Problem Management through to resolution. Operational escalation point for Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Configuration Management. Ensures and promotes ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, Release management. Business & Tech Change Delivery: - Responsible for the introduction of new/changed services (Application Onboarding, Decommission). And engage with BTB management to deliver. Impact analysis against the Change Portfolio. Service improvement: - Managing and owing service improvement plan and Risk identification and mitigation. Tech Debt and automation focus. Business continuity management, presentation of KPIs and metrics and managing infra activities and auditing (Risk and Control) for applications. Risk & control Co-ordinate with Auditors (BIA, KPMG, etc..) and plan the activities. Plan control exercises and remediate gaps. Business Facing: Periodic review of SLA performance, updated on Prod stability. Approve/Signoff data availability and system access with Business. BTB Leads Facing: Organize capacity review meeting with owner on a fixed schedule Periodic review of open issues impacting prod. Discuss in detail on the forward changes, arrange trainings to the team on functional changes. Governance KPI reporting. Review the KPI\'s periodically and develop the remediation plans. What We\'re Looking For 4+ years\' experience in production support. High energy, hands-on and results & goal-oriented Well organized with excellent time management, able to work in a pressurized environment Excellent knowledge of accounting principal and practices in Financial institution. Skills that will help you in the role: Knowledge on cloud and DevOps principles are desired.
