The Technology Controls Assurance (TCA) team is part of the Technology Risk and Management Oversight (TRMO) function which is a centralized global team with responsibility for supporting the Head of Technology in delivering business value from Technology and Digital department in a consistent and transparent way. The scope of the TCA team covers support to Technology and Digital function in managing their Technology and Information Security risks Facilitation of External Audit and Certifications to Industry Standards (such as ISO) and IT Control Governance (including monitoring, testing and internal control verification to ensure controls throughout Technology and Digital function are working effectively) As a Tech. Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with Technology and Digital teams for onboarding of Technology policies, standards, minimum control requirements, associated tech. regulations, and controls to a centralized SAAS application- OneTrust. Regular management and support of OneTrust application and its hosted content also enable management reporting through PowerBI dashboards. The purpose of the role is to support the Technology Department and the wider FIL Organisation ensuring that a) Centralized management of Policies and Standards b) Regular assessments against defined control objectives c) Support for user friendly operationalization of application, d) Enable proactive reporting of compliance against FIL policies, standards, industry standards, and regulations. This role requires candidates to be intellectually curious to quickly understand and support requirements from different technology teams. Management of OneTrust application user interface including setting of user profiles, system attributes, integrations with external application, and basic data analysis skills using Excel & PowerBI. The candidate must be a good team player and liaise with geographically spread Technology teams. Your key accountabilities Ongoing management and support on Policies, Standards, minimum requirements and control activities within source application- OneTrust Coordination with various internal stakeholders for onboarding support, and maintenance of content Engagement with vendors for bug fixes and updates Hands on support on configuration changes, and troubleshooting within OneTrust user interface Your skills and experience Graduate from reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience and progressive working knowledge of IT Risks and controls Understanding of industry audit and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL and NIST Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity Excellent verbal and written communicator, who can consistently deliver high quality work Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals, but equally able to work independently and deliver results.
