Analyst - ClaimsGurugram, Haryana, IndiaGlobal Claims Quality Assurance (\xe2\x80\x9cQA\xe2\x80\x9d) form part of the Global Claims Team. The QA and DA team\xe2\x80\x99s core aim is to assist Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal and external quality-related activity. The focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle:DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Identification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice.\xc2\xb7 Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support the implementation of them.\xc2\xb7 Identify trends, themes, and risk-based focus areas (e.g. via Global landscape analysis and clearly articulated MI requirements).\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., QA Managers, Auditors, TPAs, other claim functions, etc.) to ensure the highest level of quality service.\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the timely production and circulation of various QA Global Claims dashboards which provide key stakeholders with a high-level overview of key findings, trends, risks, and themes.\xc2\xb7 Analysing QA output and adding insights to monthly and quarterly summary reports for the Global Claims function and other key stakeholder requirements.\xc2\xb7 Producing ad hoc reports, as required, by the Head of QA and other key stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Foster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers.You will report to the Assistant Manager Claims.SHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills in managing a high workload and multiple concurrent tasks/projects.\xc2\xb7 Possesses effective technical and operational claims expertise.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.\xc2\xb7 Delivers excellent written output.\xc2\xb7 Meet set processing targets/ SLA.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of minimum work experience.\xc2\xb7 An extensive background working within insurance, reinsurance, BFSI, and operations.\xc2\xb7 Graduate / post-graduate with commerce background with 50% and above aggregate in the highest qualification.\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Effective organizational skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Effective data analysis skills including proficiency in the use of MS Excel/PowerPoint / Power BI.QualificationsFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and speciality risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
