In this role, you will be using data, analytics, and insights to drive decision making that will allow us to tackle some of the worlds greatest health threats. Your results will support planning and decision making across R&D and Commercial. Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelors OR Masters in Life Science
Conduct competitive intelligence data gathering from a variety of sources including competitor communications, financial disclosures, clinical trial registries and subscription databases amongst others. Synthesize findings and draft communications for senior leaders. Maintain regular results including reports. Support congress coverage activities and maintain internal CI platforms
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify Competitive Intelligence needs, prioritize projects, and align objectives with business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in market research and analytics, incorporating them into our reporting and analytics methodologies.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical product commercial and CI analytics and insights (competitive intelligence, market research and/or analytics) experience
Relevant experience in Pharma Competitive Intelligence preferably in Respiratory & Inhaled, Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism and / or Vaccines & Immunology
Experienced and well-versed in various secondary sources, company and Financial Sources,clinical trial registries & regulatory sources (Cortellis, Evaluate, DRG, Biomedtracker, AlphaSense, syndicated market research - FirstWord, Spherix)
Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint) Slide development skills (i.e. ability to bring creativity to slides vs. text and data heavy-driven slides)
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (like Power BI) is a plus
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and CRM data systems (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, Salesforce) is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and proficiency in VBA is a plus
Experience of developing and managing dashboards
An aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain and marketing functions
Refresh Existing Reports and identifies improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools and as needed structure / functionality with the latest insights as they become available.
Create dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information and enable business decisions.
Development and refinement of key in-house CI resources including clinical trial trackers, clinical data comparisons, internal portals, launch timings.
Communicate (written, oral) successfully with various internal team members in a matrix environment.
