Job Summary :
At Title the associates work with the preferred title company\'s network to obtain and clear title. They work with borrower to obtain documents necessary to obtain clear title
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
1. Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry
2. Knowledge of different types of mortgage\'s, its functioning and the documents involved in Mortgage Processing
3. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stakeholders.
4. Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation.
5. Should be able to effectively use a computer and have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities :
1. Review Title commitment and flag if there are liens, judgments, etc
2. Call the title company to resolve the missing items
3. Call the title company to request for subordination( If applicable)
4. Complete the Data Entry input of the documents gathered into the Loan origination system
5. Call the insurance agents to obtain binders
6. Call the lenders to obtain payoff quote
7. Upload the obtained documents to the LOS
Education Qualifications:
1. Graduation Mandatory
Additional Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 months to 3 year of work experience in title - mortgage industry.
2. Willingness to work in Night Shifts based on Client requirement.
3. Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirement.
