The Data Analytics Analyst III is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions. The position is also responsible for providing technical expertise and developing tools to make data and analytics accessible to those without technical skills. This position will begin to establish, modify, document and communicate standards of practice around data and analytics.:Responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions and influence business strategy through communication of findings to management. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting and data analytics. Should possess analytical thinking with good eye for detail to provide strategic guidance, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance.Job Responsibilities

• Compiles, cleans, organizes and analyzes moderately complex data to understand business results

• Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management

• Communicates and presents project information to team and provides presentations/updates to management

• Influences strategy through data and analytics

• Would be responsible for developing dashboards for business

• Responsible for updating/publishing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, apart from handling ad-hoc request and reports for internal clients

• Supporting the inhouse data related tickets/queries

• Should be comfortable working in dynamic, data-driven environment

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Skills Preferred:

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI

• Knowledge on forecasting techniques and predictive analytics

• Knowledge on R/Python, Business Objects, and SQL
