A Data Analyst collects, organises and evaluates data from across the business to answer questions and improve business insight. They identify trends and patterns to help make business decisions and predictions about the future. working closely with Data Engineers, Project Managers and department heads, Data analysts can decipher and report on data, advising about key data points and how they can be changed and improved over time.Job title: Analyst - Analytics: Assist in the Development of records management processes and policies Liaise with other Analysts to increase efficiency and automation of processes Maintain automated data processes Implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing Track key performance indicators as defined by senior members of the team Develop and support reporting processes Monitor and audit data quality Understand customer needs, regularly seek feedback and incorporate these into analytical product design Understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data Support in the Manipulation, analysis of data sets relating to the employer\'s business Contribute to the preparation of reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools Develop data dashboards, reports, graphs and visualisations Support in the Mining and analysis of datasetsLocation: Pune, IndiaTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
