The Cint platform is built on a programmatic marketplace, which is the worlds largest, with nearly 300 million respondents in over 150 countries who consent to sharing their opinions, motivations, and behaviours.We are feeding the worlds curiosity!The OpportunityAs the Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and contributing with your willingness to improve and automate the financial processes. You would be part of a highly motivated global team and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Lead in Stockholm.To succeed in this role you are going to need to be a strong team player with the ability to see details and have a positive can-do attitude.What You Will Do

• Process incoming vendor invoices, accurately matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and payment terms in Chrome River.

Must be familiar with VAT / Tax codes in various countries. * Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices and expense and resolve any discrepancies.

• Prepare and process weekly fund request and payment files
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting; support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships via email and Salesforce.

Support and work in T&E systems when needed, approving expenses. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function and tax compliance procedures.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For

• High school diploma/ equivalent & 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role is required.
• Associate's or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field & 2+ years of experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, environment.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze and resolve discrepancies.
