You would be part of a highly motivated global team and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Lead in Stockholm.To succeed in this role you are going to need to be a strong team player with the ability to see details and have a positive can-do attitude.What You Will Do

• Process incoming vendor invoices, accurately matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and payment terms in Chrome River.

Must be familiar with VAT / Tax codes in various countries. * Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices and expense and resolve any discrepancies.

• Prepare and process weekly fund request and payment files
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting; support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships via email and Salesforce.

Support and work in T&E systems when needed, approving expenses. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function and tax compliance procedures.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For

• High school diploma/ equivalent & 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role is required.
• Associate\'s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field & 2+ years of experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, environment.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze and resolve discrepancies.
