Contributing to the development of new DRAM, emerging memory products and IPxe2x80x99s by enabling the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits2. Supporting design validation & verification, reticle experiments and required tape-out revisions3. Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators4. Contributing to cross group communication to work towards standardization and group success5. Working with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure proper manufacturability of product6. Proactively solicit inputs from Standards, CAD, modeling, Technology Development groups to ensure the design quality and reliability7. Driving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment.Successful candidates for this position will have:1. Experience leading a team of young engineers and technical subject matter experts2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design and verification peers in verbal and written form3. A mindset and passion for continuous learning, innovation, success, and enabling others to do the same4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills5. Extensive knowledge of Custom Circuit Design, Analog Design, Verification and Layout6. Knowledge about complete product design and development flow including:a. Memory Designb. Power network development & analysisc. Reliability analysis and improvementsd. State machine modelling, design and verificatione. Verification methodologies and frameworks including behavioral modeling, Timing analysis, equivalence check7. Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)8. Familiarity with various memory design architectures9. Good exposure to various CAD toolsQualifications:1.
