: Experience of 10+ Yrs in doing layout design for different types of IPs At least 2-3 years of Experience leading a team of layout designers, assign and track the work. Ability to provide technical guidance to the team Ability to motivate the team to achieve organizational goals Prior experience in working with multiple stakeholders across multiple geos Should be an expert in all the tools/flows/methodologies used for Layout design (Virtuoso, Hercules/ICV, Redhawk, Extraction tools ) Expected to do hands-on layout design while working with a small team of Layout designers Good understanding of reliability verification and fixes like EM/IR/ESD etc Interface with DA team to implement efficiency improvements Does Layout planning, effort estimation, and scheduling of the deliverables . Understanding of complex circuits like ADC, vregs, DACs, current mirrors, hihigh-speedesign, etc..
