Coding of simulation infrastructure using SystemVerilog & VerilogAMSActively involve in all stages of product development including specification, circuit design, circuit modeling, verification, design for test, and silicon debug.Set up AMS verification environment, develop, and verify self-tested test benches for Mixed Signal chips and sub-circuits.Use and Development of Advanced mixed-signal simulation techniques to enhance simulation efficiencyGenerate Verification Plan from the Specifications using vManagerDetermine Coverage and design completeness requirementsWork with Validation and Design to generate schematics or text based testbenchGenerate random-constraint tests to cover all customer-use-modelsCreate Assertions, cover-groups, checkers, monitors and automatic reportingSet-up and run regression reportsWorks diligently to accomplish project goals and meet schedule requirementsQualificationsBSEE or equivalent with 1+ years professional industry experience in AMS Verification engineering roleExperience in digital and mixed-signal VerificationVerilogAMS and Verilog/SystemVerilog languages, modeling, and AMS simulatorsUVM testbench creation, writing and implementation is a plusProficient developing scripts (Shell, Perl, Python etc.), and Cadence SKILL language is plusExperience with AMS behavioral top-level modeling and verification methodology to speed up simulation (understanding accuracy/speed tradeoff and interfaces)Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and work closely with teamCompany DescriptionRenesas Electronics India (REIN) is a dynamic, multi-cultural tech company where employees can learn, mentor and thrive.
