This is a Full-time opportunity in a Tech Startup.
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Internal Operations on documentation using: MS EXCEL, Word, and PPT
Handling Human Resources internally and on the partner side.
Strategic Lead Generation and successful conversion to Sales. (No Targets/ No deadline).
Role: Mixture of Business Operations, Market Research and Human Resource
Requirement:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel advance, PowerPoint advance).
Should have very good hands-on on in PowerPoint.
Excellent Googling skills. (Research on the internet)
Communication language English(professional) Hindi (professional) and Bengali (beginner).
Writing in English.
Ability to use day-to-day basic AI tools. (like a chatbot, Bing AI, and Canva).
Experience:
1 - 7 Years

Qualification:
Any Bachelor Degree / 12th Pass / Diploma
Salary: 6k to 10k per month (Based on Interview)
