Designation: AM/Manager Sales (Sales Support) Reporting: Sales Head Location: Mumbai Min Experience: Min 5 years into sales, sales support/MIS, corporate sales, sales strategy, sales performance. Preferred Experience: Must be from consumer finance offline/store sales background Roles And Responsibilities This role will report to CBO/Cofounder and will drive sales, give sales support, sales strategy, roll out incentives and Sales RNR programs Take up new sales projects and work to achieve sales targets Manage data, reports, sales dashboards, data analysis, Track sales performance, focus and resolve sales issues and drive performance Advise CBO and Functional Heads on defining right sales strategy to boost performance. Visit merchants, sales teams and understand the ground realities. Skills Required Sales skills and experience Excellent at MS Excel, data management, presentations Problem solving and people management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications MBA/Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in sales 5+ years\' of sales experience
