Build a pipeline of prospective clients. - Industry Engagement: Represent AstraGlobal at industry conferences, particularly in collections and lending, to promote our services and develop valuable connections.- Digital Marketing: Handle the social media presence of AstraGlobal.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for expansion.- Contract Negotiation: Engage with potential clients to negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.- Reporting: Track and report on business development progress, sales activities, and market insights to Senior Management.Experience: - Should have prior experience in the Collections Call Centre / BPO.- Total 8 - 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in International Business Development in a BPO.
