Job description Coordinate sourcing, source change and source addition of formulations and Active Ingredient with P&S functions in fully compliant to external regulations and internal rules in consideration of business aspiration Liese with Portfolio Regulatory Leads to provide information on costs, requirements, timeline and risks to P&S functions to make best sourcing option Work as an regulatory subject matter focal point in AMEA Regional Siting Team (RST) to contribute to sound RST decisions, and communicate RST decisions to Portfolio Regulatory Leads, GP Support Team and country regulatory teams to implement RST decision accordingly Develop implementation plan of sourcing activities from regulatory perspective to track and monitor the progress. Coordinate and support country regulatory team to collect, generate information, data and documents (eg, certificates) required for submissions to relevant authority. Liese with Regulatory Portfolio Leads to manage data generation if additional PS and Chemical data need to be generated for submissions Ensure all preparatory works are in place and progressing according to the plan. If any delay or challenge is found, report back to relevant forums and stakeholders to mitigate impacts Ensure all required resources to implement sourcing projects are secured. Map out regulatory requirements, restrictions, timeline and potential risks for source change and additions in individual AMEA countries and gain good understanding of relevant P&S team to such regulatory consideration Ensure all supply related registration information in Veeva is fully updated and can be used as SPOT for other functions. Place specific focus to manage current intensive sourcing projects EU Green Deal impact management projects (CRONOS project): AME localization project, APAC localization and capacity management project, Geopolitical issue management project: Russia localization project. Qualifications Critical knowledge Science-related Degree and preferably post-graduate qualification (MSc or PhD) Detailed knowledge of worldwide product registration requirements and regulatory science issues, and preferably in-depth knowledge in practical registration or product safety or chemistry discipline such as toxicology, ecotoxicology or e-fate etc A sound understanding of project management Good understanding of Agribusiness and preferably Agrochimicals Critical experience Experience in Product registration or Product Safety, or other relevant product development business area Experience in supply chain to coordinate CP product manufacturing and/or sourcing planning Experience in the development of regulatory strategies, regulatory interpretation of technical information, management of technical/regulatory issues preparation of submissions and responses to authorities, understanding of legislative and regulatory environment Proven track record in results orientation and project management Proven ability to work within and contribute to cross-functional teams Proven ability to deal with complex regulatory issues, and develop effective strategies for managing and leading the team Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities Good understanding of the significance of scientific data in the regulatory context. Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. High degree of strategic thinking with business acumen and technical regulatory competence.
