Job Description


Objective:To assure the site meet the Capex Budget every year, To support Commercial and Marketing teams in obtaining new business by the preparation of the correct ACP and Capex at M-1 stage, To assure we keep the IRR we promised to our shareholders, To maximize existing capacity utilization, localized content and modular investment, within the site for KPI long term improvement.Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the use of Existing Assets through best ACP & Capex Analysis and Meet below IRR Target with Commercial for M-1 projects.
  • Monitor CAPEX of the Site, calculate projections and assure compliance with site Budget by generating forecast and executing actions.
  • Generate Quarterly analysis of KPM Key Program Monitoring to assure profitability of projects to exceed committed IRR and value generation.
  • Benchmark on KPIs with other sites within the same BU or other plants. Generate necessary actions and plan, through different departments to close the gap.
  • Support Business development and central Planning functions in the business model revisions through the Key programs monitoring and New Programs.
  • Preparation of RFQ\'s, Technical Matrix, Comparison for the New Capital Equipments, Plant Layout proposals for the Manufacturing plan.
Position Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 -13 years of experience Worked in Automotive Industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills with detail and analytical oriented.
