. Metallurgical and Analytical testing. . Root cause analysis of failure cases. . Would be responsible for technical support for metallurgical process at vendor end . Activities related to NABL certification (ISO/IEC-17025) & ISO 9001. . Lab Facility Upgradation & Kaizen Activities, ensuring Quality System adherence and Upgradation Competencies / Skills \'. Should be well versed with various raw material making process like steel making, hot rolling, cold rolling etc. . Should be well versed with manufacturing process like castig, forging, heat treatment, welding etc. . Hands-on working experience on Metallurgical testing and analytical equipment like Spectrometer, Hardness testers, UTM, Metallurgical microscope, SEM, EDS etc. . Well versed with various Standards and international (ISO, JIS, DIN, IS) related to Metallurgy. . Should be well versed with Metallurgical materials used for Automobiles and should be able to give opinion in case of Quality Problems . Clear & Good communication skills. . Ability to work in lean, multi-tasking environment. . Should be able to independently handle Projects. Specific Expertise for Functional area \'. Skill to perform Failure analysis and identify the improvements in the process to eliminate the cause of failure. . Having experience in Automobile Industry (4/2 wheeler /LCV ) & Steel mill, Tier 1 Automobile supplier. . Openness & positive attitude to work in team
