Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Knowledge & application of Manufacturing processes & technology & Hands on experience on CNC m/c programming.
2) Knowledge & application of basic & advanced 7QC tools, Daily work management, TPM, Lean manufacturing, TS 16949, 5S, OHSAS18001, BBS & SCM best practices etc.
3) Knowledge & practice of DCP, PPAP, APQP application at workplace.
4)Knowledge of preceding and subsequent process like turning, boring , drilling & milling operation.
5)Reduction in conversion cost by identifying opportunities in respective area.
6)Knowledge about Improvement techniques. Kaizen, benchmark practices.
7)Application Knowledge about resource planning and resource optimization.
8)Achieving production targets as per TACT time with optimal utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
9)Knowledge of Grievance handling mechanism and processes for discipline at the shop floor level.
10)Knowledge of Power Trains (Engines) - types, usage & working.

B.E. in Mechanical ,Prodn. Engg.
General Experience
2-7 years General Experience

1)Understanding of CNC & Conventional machines.
2)Knowledge of Cutting Tools , Tooling trials , Cpk trials & calculation.
3)Understanding of material flow/ multi m/c concept.
4)Knowledge of JIT & concepts of Lean Manufacturing.
